Allowed Divisions (required)

Add every age group and squad composition allowed to register.

Set the total 25 SCY lanes available in each pool. Then select 2–4 adjacent lanes to create one match window: one lane and one team spot per selected lane.

Every window stays open until the first squad claims it The first booking assigns its age group and composition to the window. Squads in that same division must fill it before another window can be claimed for that division. Each match uses its selected lanes for 60 minutes. Judges receive 15 minutes afterward outside the pool, so another match may begin in those lanes as soon as the hour ends.

Host equipment required on every match day Provide a table, chair, stopwatches, a clock or timer, clipboards and pens, plus pool inventory including kickboards and buoys.

Location, divisions, pools, and match windows are submitted together for approval.
