1. Get Host Access
Use Host status to unlock match posting.
Run matches at your pool.
By enrolling in one of our monthly plans, you receive a license to use the Four Strokes program. You can host and advertise matches, collect entry fees, and organize fundraisers at your own pool.
We offer two membership options:
Club Membership: Allows every registered member of your USA Swimming club to participate in the same match under your club's plan, provided the membership remains active.
Host Only Membership: Allows your facility to host and promote matches, collect entry fees, and run fundraisers. However, each participating swimmer is responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own individual Four Strokes membership.
2. Create the Event
Add match name, dates, location, age groups, and categories from your profile.
3. Manage Entries
Share event details with squads and organize registrations by age group and category.
4. Report Results
Keep standings current so swimmers can follow scores, completed challenges, and rankings.

This example uses a 20-lane, 25-yard pool with lanes available for 8 hours. Actual profit depends on your facility costs, staffing, and local pricing.

Each squad needs 1 lane, so one game uses 4 squads in 4 adjacent 25-yard lanes for 1 hour.
Judges
3 per game
Judges are trained by Four Strokes and can be paid by the host at $25 per hour.

Games at once
20 lanes / 4 lanes = 5 games
Total games
5 games/hour x 8 hours = 40 games
Gross revenue
40 games x 4 squads x $160-$240 = $25,600-$38,400
Judge expense
5 games x 3 judges x $25/hour x 8 hours = $3,000

Lifeguards, front desk, utilities, cleaning, and other normal operating costs
